What is GIfT ?
Transcription factors (TF) are vital components in the
control of cell differentiation, and tissue-restricted TF confer
cell-specific properties via regulation of lineage-specific
genes.
We have used sensitive RT-PCR methods to measure the dynamic
expression during mammalian gut organogenesis of over 1,350 transcripts
for nearly every known and predicted TF.

provides a multi-parameter searchable interface into the
expression landscape of the GastroIntestinal
Transcriptional factors during maturation of the
epithelium.
